AI and Accessibility for People with Disabilities Course

The “AI and Accessibility for People with Disabilities” training course is a one-week program put together by Oxford Training Centre, designed to explore the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in improving accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. This course will explore AI-powered assistive technologies, inclusive AI solutions, and emerging tools to support individuals with visual, hearing, mobility, and cognitive impairments. It allows participants to understand how AI will create new frontiers in assistive devices, special education, and universal design that improve the quality of life in persons with disability. This course shall give the participant an understanding of the development and/or adoption of inclusive and equitable AI technologies by addressing ethical AI practices and accessibility standards.
